JOSTENS LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY

Who else but Jostens offers you such a comprehensive warranty with your ring? We will even resize your ring or change the degree or graduation year (if you decide to stay and take a Masters course for example) all free of charge once you've got the ring to to our warranty service department!

You are responsible for delivery of the ring to the Jostens Warranty Service Center. Jostens/Identimation cannot be held responsible for any additonal local charges your ring may incur if it is returned to an address outside the United States (e.g. local import duties and/or taxes).

To return your jewellery for warranty repair:

  1. Download the Jostens Warranty Claim Form (PDF 27KB)
    (If you have difficulty downloading the PDF, print this page, fill out form, and mail to the address listed below.)

  2. Complete the Jostens Warranty Claim Form
    Fill out the form using your keyboard and then print.

  3. Send your jewellery and the completed form to Jostens
    via an insured, trackable method (e.g. by courier, TNT, UPS, FedEx). to:

    If your item is lost in transit, and you haven't used a trackable and insured method of shipment, we'll need to place a new order for your jewellery. If your original ring design is no longer available, Jostens will offer a current comparable ring design at your expense.

*Please note:

  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling fee as well as any applicable tax on chargeable changes/additions.
  • A visual inspection will be performed on all jewellery. Based on our inspection, it may be necessary to adjust applicable charges.
  • Jostens will contact you if any additional charges apply. Adjustment will not begin until all charges have been collected.
  • Your Jostens Exclusive Lifetime Warranty is void if any work is performed on your jewellery by anyone other than Jostens.
  • All returned jewellery must be insured for the approximate value.
  • Once your ring has been evaluated and the repair charges, if any, have been received by Jostens, the average repair time is approximately four weeks. Additional delivery time to your foreign address must also be considered.
  • Not all options are available for all items.

 

No Charge Adjustments

 

Clean and polish my jewellery Jostens will always clean and polish your jewellery at no cost to you.
Re-apply the antique finish The antique finish is the black color that appears in the contours of your jewellery. Over time this may fade.
Replace my birthstone If your simulated birthstone is scratched, chipped or broken, we’ll replace it. Our Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover diamonds and other genuine stones. Additional charges may apply if there is other damage.
I transferred to a different university If you change universities, we'll manufacture jewellery appropriate to the design of your new university without charge (if we have a ring collection for that new university), prior to your graduation.
My university graduation year changed Should your year of high school graduation change, we'll update/change the graduation year on your jewellery for up to three (3) months after you graduate. Exception: Exclusive Millennium Collection rings or promotional rings will be replaced with rings of similar value.
I need a bigger or smaller ring size To most accurately measure your ring size, order your FREE Ring Sizer or, visit our Ring Sizer Guidelines.
My jewellery is defective Jostens will repair defects in workmanship or material. We will replace your jewellery if repairs cannot be made due to defects in workmanship or materials.
