Each side has a choice of 2 options:

1. Horizontal ribbon for 4 characters including spaces (letters or numbers - e.g '9906' or 'ARMY')

and/or

2. Vertical ribbon for 14 characters including spaces (letters or numbers - e.g. 'BRITISH ARMY' or '1999 - 2006')

Ring also comes with choice of inside band engraving (18 characters max including spaces).
